As an Audit and Assurance Associate you will be:

作为审计与鉴证服务部的审计顾问，你需要：

• assisting managers / senior managers in leading a team of professionals in carrying out audit fieldwork and assurance assignments;
• 协助经理/高级经理带领团队开展现场审计工作；
• working closely with clients and team members in order to provide quality assurance services;
• 与客户和团队成员一起确保提供高质量的审计服务；
• providing coaching to junior team members.
• 对初级审计职员进行有效的督导和培训。

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in auditing, accounting, finance or other commercial related majors;
• 大学本科及以上学历，审计、会计、财务、金融等相关专业优先；
• Minimum one year’s relevant experience in CPA firm, solid knowledge of PRC and international accounting/audit practices and regulations;
• 至少一年及以上会计师事务所工作经验，熟悉国内、国际会计审计准则与实务操作；
• 2+ CICPA papers passed preferred;
• 通过2门以上CICPA考试者优先；
• Excellent communication skills, team player, dynamic and strong sense of responsibility
• 善于沟通，团队协作意识强，积极主动，责任心强；
• Resilient and willing to travel.
• 压力承受能力强，适应出差工作。
